Special guests, Crystal Brandow, PhD, and Jasmin S. Brandow, MA, will guide the conversation and activities for this event.

The Marist Writing Salons present "Writing + History" with award-winning author Patrick Phillips.
Phillips' book "Blood at The Root, A Racial Cleansing in America," breaks the century-long silence of his hometown by uncovering a very American history of racial terrorism in Forsyth County, Georgia.
This event is co-sponsored by the School of Liberal Arts and the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
