Bio

I worked as the lecturer and enhanced graduate teaching assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington while I was studying for my Ph.D. from 2014 to 2018. After graduation, I joined Marist and began my job as an Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Management.

Research Interests/Areas of Focus

I earned my Ph.D. in management with a specialization in organizational behavior and human resource management from the University of Texas at Arlington. My dissertation was entitled .My areas of research include work-life boundary management, work-life balance and technology issues, and diversity and cross-cultural differences.
